Once moved in

Once you have moved into your new home we would hope everything will go well but unfortunately though things can and do go wrong.

We at Allison Residential Lettings will strive to resolve any problems that arise as soon as possible and we have a number of tradesmen at our disposal who have been vetted and are reliable. (See maintenance page).

You can phone the tradesmen direct who in turn will advise us of the problem and we will contact the landlord and then arrange an appointment.

Routine Visits to the property:

We are obligated to carry out a visit to your property as per the terms of the agreement we have with your landlord throughout the year. We will advise you well in advance when this will happen and we can arrange times that suit you best.

Out of Hours & Emergency

If a problem arises when the office is closed you can check the maintenance page on our website or the numbers given on your welcome pack and contact the relevant person.
